Ashley, at left, is staying at the apartment of grandmother Beverly and step-grandfather Jack Lemmon. She and boyfriend, Joe, share a room in the basement. She and Laura have been friends for years. They met when Ashley, along with her siblings and mother, Lerrynn, lived from time to time in a small shed on the Houston Road property in Norton where Beverly and Jack lived.
