Leroy’s house sits in the shadow of an overpass of I-76. Leroy is dying -- wasting away from an untrearable cancer that started in his lung. It has progressed and is in his blood stream. Keith requested this portrait of him and his father since he feels certain that Leroy will soon pass away. This is the last time Leroy would leave the interior of his house, and within a few months he will have succumbed to the cancer.
