Stevie is living at his Aunt Maureen’s apartment with her and two of her kids, Coyt and David. He’s not working. He spends most of his time just hanging around and smoking weed all day. He refers to himself and his friends as “Portage Street thugs” in reference to the main street running through Doylestown.
