No materials belonging to the St. Edward’s University Archives and Special Collections may be published or exhibited, in whole or in part, without written permission of the Director of the Library. Biographical / Historical
As craft breweries began to thrive in the late 1990s, a number of beer-related festivals and events began to spring up across the state of Texas to celebrate the art of craft brewing.

Custodial History
This collection was compiled by St. Edward’s University’s Munday Library.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Materials in this collection come from a variety of sources. The primary source of acquisition is supplementary materials from participating breweries. Additional materials have been collected at public events, festivals, and from individual collectors. Some materials have been acquired in partnership with the Austin Beer Museum.
Appraisal
Standard policy is to retain one copy of each item present at the time of donation. Additional materials are discarded in accordance with individual donor agreements. Some excess materials are donated to the Austin Beer Museum.
