Interview Summary: Richard Allen is an Austin native who attended St. Edward’s for his MBA with a focus in Human Resources and Management. Prior to coming to the Hilltop, Richard grew up in East Austin with his mother, who worked for Austin Community College. While on campus, he was a part of the Academic Honors Society (Delta Mu Delta), and reflects fondly on his connections with his professors. Richard remembers feeling like a part of a big family here, and says he still uses the skills he learned at St. Ed’s in his job at the Texas Facilities Commission.
