General

Interview Summary: Johana Suchil is originally from Mexico, but her family moved to Kerrville, Texas when she was six years old. When applying to colleges, her high school counselor recommended St. Edward’s because of the CAMP program. Once here, Johana says that CAMP made her feel like a part of a family away from home. This was helped by the celebration of Hillfest, where she was able to see the entire campus come together. While Johana did not hold any club memberships, she made a point to join volunteer efforts around campus. Johana also participated in a study abroad program to France, which she says left a lasting impact and helped her form long lasting friendships.
