Biographical / Historical
Greg Mundy is the founder of Fireman’s Texas Cruzer bikes, a home brewer, and the co-creator of Fireman’s #4, a blonde ale brewed by Real Ale which won a gold medal at the World Beer Cup in 2025. It has been brewed in Blanco since 2002.
He is a native Austinite who attended the University of Texas. He has worked with Shiner, Texas Showdown Saloon, and Celis. He began Fireman's Texas Cruzer, a BMX frame seat manufacturing company, in 1998.
